This day is about relationships, and that’s what I capture. Though this is largely a digital craft, cameras and computers driving the creative process, I still like to think of it as working with my hands.
Honest work.
There’s something much more romantic about creating something physical, tactile- than a .mp4 file that only exists on a screen. That’s how I want my films to feel. Tactile. Textured. Molded & Hewn.

MY SHOOTING STYLE
I make educated guesses when picking shots. Usually based on your other choices (Venue, attire, florals, details, moods, etc.)
“Documentary” is the best word to describe my style I think. Very raw and in the moment, I silently work around you until you forget I’m there. More than once I’ve been hugging my couple goodbye at the end of the night and they said “I totally forgot about you, have you been here the whole time?”
Yeah, I have.
No matter how hard we try, it’s tough acting completely natural in front of a camera. So I make the camera disappear.
